Steps

4. Add the bell pepper and carrot to the pan, stirring frequently, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the pan.
