Steps
1. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
4. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Brush the orange glaze onto the chicken in the last couple of minutes of cooking.
6. For the salsa, mix the chopped red onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
