Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 5 minutes. 4. In a bowl, mix orange juice, orange zest, diced pineapple, chopped tomato, and white wine. 5. Pour the citrus mixture over the seared pork in the skillet. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). 7. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with the sauce drizzled on top. 8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
