Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the orange glaze over the salmon, reserving some for later.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the fillet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
7. In the last 2 minutes of baking, brush the reserved glaze on top for extra flavor.
8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
