Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the chicken breast in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the fresh strawberries by slicing them.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
7. Serve the sliced chicken topped with fresh strawberries and garnish with basil leaves.
