Light and tender panqueques, the Argentine version of crepes, perfect for a sweet breakfast or dessert. Filled with dulce de leche or your favorite jam for a delicious treat.

Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. 2. Add the egg and slowly pour in the milk while whisking to create a smooth batter. 3. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. 4. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to cover the surface evenly. 5. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side for 1 minute. 6. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. 7. Spread dulce de leche or jam on one panqueque and roll it up. 8. Serve warm and enjoy!
