Lemon Herb Pan-Seared Fish

Steps

1. Pat the fish fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 4. Place the fish fillet in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden. 5. Flip the fish carefully and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 6. Remove the pan from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the fish. 7. Sprinkle chopped parsley and dill on top before serving.
