Coconut Curry Chicken

Steps

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken and stir well to coat. 4. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. 5. Reduce heat to low and let the curry simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded together. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.
