Coconut Infused BBQ Dipping Sauce

1. In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. 2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. 3. Stir in the grated coconut and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving as a dipping sauce.
