Spicy Beef Biryani

A flavorful and aromatic dish perfect for a crowd, this Spicy Beef Biryani is sure to impress with its blend of spices and tender meat.

Steps

  1. Marinate the beef cubes with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat ghee or oil and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated beef cubes and cook until the meat is tender.
  4. In a separate pot, parboil the basmati rice.
  5. Layer the cooked beef and rice in a pot, sprinkling diced tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves between the layers.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and the flavors have melded together.
  7. Serve hot with raita or salad.
