Steps

2. Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
3. Place the chicken in the skillet, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
4. Flip the chicken and add the minced garlic, cooking for another minute.
5. Pour the brewed coffee into the skillet, ensuring the chicken is partly submerged.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
7. Remove the chicken and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
8. Serve with the coffee sauce drizzled over the top, garnished with fresh parsley.
