Coffee Braised Pork Chops

Tender and flavorful pork chops braised in a rich, coffee-infused sauce. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner!

Steps

1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. 2. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add flour to the remaining butter in the skillet. Stir to form a roux. 4. Pour in broth, Worcestershire sauce, instant coffee, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined. 5. Return pork chops to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until pork chops are cooked through and sauce has thickened. Serve!
