Coffee-Glazed Carrots

A unique twist on glazed carrots, this recipe combines the flavors of coffee and milk to create a rich and savory main dish.

Steps

1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin strips. 2. In a saucepan, bring the brewed coffee to a simmer over medium heat. 3. Add the carrot strips to the simmering coffee and let cook for about 10 minutes, or until the carrots are tender. 4. Drain the carrots and return them to the saucepan. 5. Pour in the milk and stir well to coat the carrots. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the carrots are heated through. 8. Serve hot.
