Steps

2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and pour the coffee-ketchup mixture over it, ensuring it is evenly coated.
5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
