Steps
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and apples. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until caramelized and tender.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee and honey.
7. Pour the coffee-honey mixture into the skillet with the caramelized onions and apples. Stir well to combine.
8. Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the glaze over them.
9. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the glaze thickens slightly.
10. Serve the pork chops with the caramelized apples and onions on top.
