Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together the brewed coffee, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Marinate the chicken breast in the coffee mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
