Steps
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush both sides of the watermelon slice with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Place the watermelon slice on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and it is slightly caramelized.
4. Remove from the grill and let it cool slightly.
5. Top with crumbled feta cheese and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired before serving.
