In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
Gently mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
