Crab Linguine

A flavorful and indulgent pasta dish featuring succulent crab meat tossed in a rich tomato cream sauce.

Steps

1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant. 3. Add the crab meat to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer. 5. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly with the sauce. 7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley. 8. Serve hot with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
