Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into small cubes. 3. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. 4. Toss the potato cubes in the garlic mixture until well coated. 5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. 7. Serve hot as a main dish or a side dish.
