Steps
1. Peel and grate the potato. Squeeze out any excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, combine the grated potato, cheese, ginger, green chili, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
4. Take small portions of the potato mixture and shape them into small bite-sized balls.
5. Carefully drop the potato balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
