
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well, allowing it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
