Steps
1. Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
3. In a separate pan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
4. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a bit of the pasta water and then drain the pasta.
6. Add the drained pasta to the garlic butter mixture, tossing to coat.
7. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
