Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet.
3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour in the milk, then stir in thyme and oregano. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let it simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
