
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
