Steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
2. In the same skillet, add the beef strips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
4. Add the cooked bacon and beef to the salad bowl.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, tossing to combine.
6. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
