Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it in the creamy sauce. Cook for another minute to heat through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
