Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir continuously for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
