Steps
1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken breast to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Remove chicken from marinade and place in the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden.
5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro or parsley and serve warm.
