Steps
Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the tea bag for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
Remove the tea bag and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
If desired, serve over ice for a refreshing iced version or enjoy warm.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
