Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet. Saute until the mushrooms are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes. 4. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine. 5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and incorporated into the sauce. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.
