Steps
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they're golden brown, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
7. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese if desired.
