A delicious and healthy sandwich filled with a creamy yogurt spread and fresh vegetables.

Steps

1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown. 2. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with salt and pepper to make a creamy spread. 3. Spread the yogurt mixture on one side of each bread slice. 4. Layer the grated carrot, sliced onion, and tomato slices on top of one bread slice. 5. Place the other bread slice on top to form a sandwich. 6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
