A delicious creamy pasta dish with white wine for an upscale dinner.

Steps

1. Boil water and add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to instructions. 2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. 3. Once melted, add the garlic powder and stir for about one minute. 4. Add the white wine and let it reduce until it has thickened. 5. Add the heavy cream and cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Add the grated parmesan to the sauce. 7. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce. 8. Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.

Ingredients

1 serving of pasta, 1/4 cup of white wine, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
