Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with turmeric, cumin, paprika, garam masala, and a pinch of salt.
2. Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent.
4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
5. Add marinated chicken with yogurt mixture and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
6. Adjust salt to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm with rice or flatbread.
