Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and peel the carrot and potato.
3. Slice both the carrot and potato into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
4. In a bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the slices out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
