Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness, then cut it into strips. 3. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Dip each chicken strip into the pickle brine, then coat it with the flour mixture. 5. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and crushed pickles. 6. Dip each coated chicken strip into the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. 7. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 8. Cook the chicken strips until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 9. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
