
Steps
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

- Dip the chicken in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl for the sauce.
- Toast the burger bun lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich: spread the sauce on the bun, add the fried chicken, and top with pickle slices.
- Serve with a side of extra pickles if desired.
