Steps
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken strips in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, crushed pickles, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat it dry.
5. Dredge each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
6. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
