Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix cereal, olive oil, garlic powder, herbs, and salt and pepper together in a bowl.
3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add the kale. Cook for 5 minutes or until the kale is wilted.
6. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and add the cooked kale, tomatoes, and cheese on top of the cereal mixture.
7. Put the baking sheet again in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
