Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Place clams inside a large, oven-proof baking dish. 3. In a small saucepan, melt butter and olive oil over low heat. 4. Once melted, add garlic, white wine, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. 5. Pour the hot mixture over the clams. 6. Place inside preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until all clams have opened. 7. Transfer clams to plates and spoon sauce mixture over clams. Serve hot.
