
Steps
- Wash the clams, discarding any open clams
- Heat the oil in a pan and place the clams
- Fry them for 2-3 minutes in medium heat
- Add the coriander, salt and pepper and stir for 1 minute
- Add the lightly beaten egg and stir for 2 minutes
- Serve hot
