Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season with salt & pepper
2. Heat a large pan over very high heat and add the chicken cubes.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring often until golden.
4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the curry paste.
5. Let fry for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the coconut milk, stir, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime, reduce to low heat and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
