Steps
1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove its bitter coating.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the quinoa and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is fluffy and the liquid is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
5. Serve warm, topped with fresh berries if desired.
