
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, then decorate with whipped cream and Oreo cookies.
