Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Cut the bell pepper and onion into thin slices.
3. Grease a baking tray with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and spread the vegetables over it.
4. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and put the salmon fillet over them.
5. Cover the fillet with sweet basil sauce and then cover it with thin tomato slices.
6. Bake it for 25 minutes.
7. Serve with a side dish or salad of your choice.
