Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt together.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Coat the chicken thigh with the seasoned flour.
4. Place the coated chicken into the hot oil, and cook for 7-8 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature of the chicken thigh reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Remove the chicken from the pan and let cool before enjoy.
