Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

3. In another pan, warm the refried beans over low heat until heated through.
4. In the same skillet used for the egg, lightly toast the corn tortillas on both sides for about 1-2 minutes.
5. Assemble your dish by placing the warm tortillas on a plate, adding the refried beans, and topping with the fried egg.
6. Add optional toppings if desired and serve hot.
