Steps

  1. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack the egg into the skillet and cook until the white is set and the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. While the egg is cooking, warm the refried beans in a separate pan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. In another skillet, lightly toast the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until warm.
