Fried Tomato with Garlic

This is a great, easy and delicious main dish which requires only two simple ingredients - tomatoes and garlic

Steps

1. Skin the tomatoes and cut into round slices. 2. Chop the garlic very finely. 3. Fry the tomato slices in a bit of oil until both sides are golden brown. 4. Add the garlic and fry for extra 1-2 minutes until slightly golden. 5. Serve immediate accompanied with your favorite dip.
